That poster is absolutely correct. Caps, along with every other individual part (resistors, inductors, wires, etc, etc.) and sum of parts (components) in the elctro-mechanical chain "break in" and/or "burn in" over time.
Audiophile intellect listeners on the other hand, do not. Their perceptions are 100% infallible and unchangeable, 600 hrs or 60yrs, doesn't matter.
It's the equipment/parts that are changing, never their perceptions.
