Working with very little information here... no listed Sd ... just guess that it's an average 12". Also "4x 12-14inch port"... what the hell does that mean? Do you want four 12" ports cuz.... no. I'm guessing you meant a single 4 inch port around 12-14 inches long. You're looking at a tune in the mid to upper 20's. Okay by any stretch but it aint gonna hang with the big boys. That's for sure.

What driver is this?

http://www.parts-express.com/pe/show...number=295-204 yes one 4inch round 12-14inch long port. its the dayton sub at parts express. i swear its the same woofer in my ed a2 200 but i could be wrong. Would this setup hang with the a2 300? sorry for the lack of info

ed specs are shaky at best.

e.g., what is "room tuning"

hmm no idea on the room tuning. its 23x14x7.5. riser takes up half the floor and is one foot tall. the ed woofer looks just like the dayton, like i said i could be wrong. mybe the internals are different, they said the ed has a 1inch excursion so maybe its not the same.

oh, qx56, was not pointed at you. "room tuning" for a subwoofer is a bogus spec that means nothing.
