need help fixing overscan and bleeding colors, please :)

my tv, Sony KV-32FQ 75 trinitron has a overscan its stretching the picture upwards and bleeding red colors i heard somewhere that most trinitron sets have a setting named redpush or something im not sure and its the reason many sets bleed red color, does somebody know what to do there is no menu settings that i can use. thanks in advance
