Cheapest substrate for 47"x110" screen

What would be the best/cheapest way to get a screen with dimensions 47"x110"? All the Wilsonart and foamboard/gatorboard options are over $100 + oversize shipping. Is it possible to make a screen this large without paying more than around $50-$60? I want to have money left over for paint.

5 x 10 x 3mm Sintra is $50.00 most places. BLack Out Cloth might be another possibility.

What City do you live close to?

I'm in Bellingham, WA, but I can drive down to Seattle and the greater Seattle area if necessary.

Found a supplier of Komatex. $40 for 3mm 60"x120" and $70 for 6mm. Will the 3mm be ok or do I need to shell out for the 6mm?

pay the extra 30 for the 6mm.

At that price, get the 6mm. Much easier to work with.

Even if I'm mounting it to a rigid frame? I'm fine spending the extra $30; i'm just curious if it makes that big of a difference. Odds are I'll be upgrading later this year anyway to a larger screen so this is more a temporary solution for about 6 months or so.

yes. ESPECIALLY if you mounting it to a frame.
