Suggest 65" and Up TV

Thread Starter
I'm planning to upgrade my Toshiba 55XL700 with 65" 3D TV either plasma or LED backlit LCD.

These are on my list.
Kindly suggest or point out their pros and cons based on your experiences.

1. Sharp Aquos LC-70LE735u
2. Panasonic 65VT30
3. Samsung PS-64D8000
4. LG 65LW6500

Sadly projector is not an option as my space doesn't allow it

Thanks for your time guys

if you can control ambient light option 2 and 3 for best overall pq. if you can't the sharp would be the winner. the lg is junk in every way possible.

I vehemently disagree with this uneducated statement. The LG 65LW6500 is a fantastic tv that consistently gets excellent reviews. Head over to the official thread for more info. OP, you would be very happy with the LG or any of your choices, as they are all good in their own right. I will say this though. If you are prone to the rainbow effect on DLP's, do not get a plasma. It will drive you crazy with the trailing and headaches. Yes, actual experience.

I have not yet seen a passive TV that has a gotten a really good review for 2D content. If there are any please post a link to them.
Samsung D8000 sets seem to be in short supply, apparently the E8000 sets are already in production and will arrive in about a month.
