I am very happy with the way my current speaker setup sounds. They are in my basement in a multi use room. They are not ugly (to me) but they wont win any beauty contests either. I have seen some very nice looking speakers on some threads here. Dali, Usher, Salk, 8 series B&W, Swan to name a few. Not counting some that look like modern are pieces. The huge Wilsons that look robot like come to mind. Just wondering, how much did aesthetics come into the decision you made when purchasing your speakers? As much as I enjoy my Carver amIII's, I'm thinking waf would not fly in the living room.
