I need a little help. I looking for a high end A/V Receiver that can interface with an iMac (iTunes) to stream Music, Photos and Videos to my TV thru the A/V Receiver.

There are several that support airplay, but this is just for audio. There are no av-receivers that support both audio and video. Also expect changes to the way apple handles/extends airplay for different functions. The end result is that imho the best way to add this to your system is to simple buy a $99 AppleTV2 and have it all including upcoming features.

You would be maxed at 720P for video on the Apple TV. So if you have ripped Blu-rays etc, you'll want to avoid that unit as a conduit for your video.

I suspect that all this crippling of Airplay and the Apple TV is because you'll soon be able to buy an Apple all-in-one home theater - ie a TV plus that interfaces via "Airplay 2" to an Apple PC that double as as Home-theater-in-a-box.
