Looking for Inexpensive theater sconce lighting and wall moulding ideas.

I have the drywall up in my basement theater room and looking for relatively inexpensive ($50 or so) sconce light for the walls and wall moulding ideas/pictures (chair rail, fake columns, decorative squares, etc). I need 6 total sconce lights that why I don't want to spend more then $50 each. Any help or pictures will be appreicated. Also, the color scheme is going to be grey and darker grey walls will black theater seats and pewter carpeting.

I put 4 of these in my 11x19 dedicated theater room. Look great, and I the 100-Watt bulb gives me alot of dimming options. They also come in opaque, but I am sure you will take a hit on the amount of light they generate.

I got a great look using a chair rail all round the 3 walls.

Baseboard & Trim 2124-20 Trout Gray
Chair Rail itself 2120-10 Jet Black
Below Chair Rail 2119-20 BlackBerry
Above Chair Rail 2119-50 Nickel
All Benjamin Moore Paints

If you are referring to my pic, no, they're not. The picture is a little deceiving. You can check out my thread to see the rest of them.

The ceiling is on the low side (7'2" I think) and that rail is on top of the 48 inch tall panel attached to the wall.

I picked up some at HD for $20 each. They were clearing them out at the store up here (Canada) but they may have some in the US.
They were their own brand of lights , Hampton Bay, but I don't remember what the model was.
I did some wainscotting around the room with panel trim inside. All MDF except the trim pieces in gold.
I don't know what your budget is for trim so maybe you want something simpler.
I was going for an old theatre / opera house kind of look.

Sorry for the lousy pictures. I didn't get time to adjust the colors in them. The walls are burgundy not purple and the room isn't finished yet but you will get the idea.
