Thanks for that Chu. Shame it's a mere 60 seconds.

Having made live to 2 track recording over a few decades, I dabbled in Binaural as well. In what was one of the loudest, entirely visceral shows I've had the pleasure of attending indoors, I recorded the event direct to DAT. It was the Black Crowes, in a beautiful proscenium theater in Indianapolis, The Murat (not unlike the one in the vid). Proper Binaural externalizes the sound, whereas typical mix via phones internalizes the sound.

Yea, I just used my sennheiser cans on the posted sample content. Much more external or ethereal that I'm used to. Not sure I like it or that it's 'better' per say. In the head is kinda part-n-parcel to the headphone experience IMO.

It also reminded me of sonic holography and that hyper ethereal spacioulness.
