eeColor or similar technologies - Page 2

For those of interest we are presently testing the eeColor box, with help from Tom of Entertainment Experience...

We have found some small issues that Tom is looking into, and the box is not yet working as required for accurate calibration, but it looks promising.

We'll forward more info as testing progresses.

Will this solution be able to correct a source that has a non linear saturation och lightness?
Will this require the full CSM, or is the Quick Profiling enough?

How is the work of Tom progressing? Can we follow the progress elswere?

Still working with the eeColor boys to try to sort the problems - progressing, but still not there.

Actually, does anyone else, other than Buzz, who I've already done some tests with, have an eeColour box they could do some further test with? I would like some more feedback on the problems I have found. No LightSpace needed for the tests.

As for calibration with LightSpace, non-linear display problems can be dealt with qith the 'Quick Profiling' version, if the display RGB Separation is good.

For more complex display problems Full Profiling will be needed.
