-I work at a dealership and just installed 4 flat panel tv's. I went to monoprice and bought a 4 way splitter that converts hdmi to cat 5e, and then back to hdmi at the tv's. So, heres the issue, when I am playing a blue ray dvd on the 4 tv's, they flash like it has a weak signal. any suggestions?? also, when one tv is off, the other 3 seem to work fine.
