First HTPC build, around InfiniTV4

I have been wanting to build an htpc for a while and saw the deal on the Ceton tuner and jumped on it. Now I am need to build a htpc to house it. I have been reading the guides and many threads and here is the setup I am thinking of right now.

Intel G530 $50
ASRock H61M/U3S3 $65
MK III 400 PSU $50 (after rebate)
4gb G Skill Ram $23
Crucial M4 60GB SSD (just bought)
Ceton InfiniTV4 (Just bought)
WD Caviar Green 500gb (already have)

I will be using this mostly for DVR purposes and possibly movie playback in the future. I do have a xbox 360 that I may use as an extender also. There will be no gaming at all on this. I won't be currently using it for Blu Ray playing at all as I have a dedicated player but may put a BD in it at a later time.

As you can see this is a budget build and I would like to keep costs down but looking for any and all suggestions before I pull the trigger on it. Thanks in advance.

Forgot to add, I think I am going to be using the Silverstone LC13 for my case.

That will work fine, I built one very very similar a month or so ago. Same CPU, same amount of RAM, a higher end motherboard, lower end SSD and comparable PSU. Your good to go.

Ok thanks, was just wanting to make sure the pieces and parts I have would mix well together. Think I will pull the trigger on it. I figure that I can always upgrade in the future and move this one to the bedroom.
