You are going to have to test your front speakers to see if they are good. If you have a DVM (ohm meter) you can check the resistance. It should be very close to zero. If you have no equipment and need to check the speakers you can take a 1.5 volt battery like a AA cell and quickly touch the speaker wires to the battery positive and negative and you should get a click or pop in the speaker if it is connected. If it does not, then thoroughly check those wires to see if they indeed are connected to the speaker terminals. It may be that the speakers are bad. Did they ever work? Is this the first time you are connecting it? Like others have said, please post the make and model number of your system, it makes it a lot easier for us to understand possible problems.
