ok,picked up an amp...it is an Eclipse EA3244 4/3/2 channel
i have hunted high and low and cannot find the bridged specs,and if it can be bridged at 2 or 4ohms

apparently im in the buying and selling of used car audio stuff now...lol

are you sure it's not EA3422?
Here is what I found on the 3422:

2002 product of the year

From what I could find, 4 ohm stable bridged. Do not wire below 4 ohm in bridged mode...

no wonder i couldnt find any info on it...cant even get the model number right...you are correct it is the EA3422.

i picked up a 15" Memphis sub today...it has the model number CN1523M but i cant find any info
