Rx-a800 vs. VSX-32

Well yet another thread asking for some help deciding on receivers. Researched a little but the only threads i could find comparing the two didn't really yield much info. So I'm currently running the rx-a800 and love it have it hooked up to the Andrew Jones pioneer speakers for front and center, klipsch vb-15s for rears and a polk psw10 sub. For a tv i have a Sony 46ex723, and a bdp-s770 for a blu ray player.
I was able to pick up a vsx-32 today brand new from an authorized dealer for 300 out the door seemed like a steal even for last years model. So my question is would there be any point to switching out my yamaha for the pioneer? Would the marvel make a big difference in up scaling? Most of what i watch is netflix, and mp4s that i play through my blu ray player. I also do a ton of music listening. The ethernet port on the pioneer isn't a big deal to me as i would have to run a 50ft cable at least to hook it up to my router.Just looking for some opinions so i can figure out which one to sell and which one to keep.

2 very capable AVR's. Up to you. You're running the Yamaha and "love it". Hard to refuse a bargain, but now you need to decide. You might love the Pioneer too. A regular musical menage e trios.

Ya i really am torn i had the vsx-40 hated it, had the vsx-31 hated it lol but the 32 seems to be a whole different machine compared to those.
