Sony KDL-46XBR2 Service Menu

Attached is a spreadsheet showing my settings for the WEM service menu for the Sony KDL-46XBR2 set. Can anyone please compare the settings for items 61 - 76 and let me know what is different? I'm having trouble using 720P and 480P inputs.
