Recommendation for replacing a Denon AVR-4306

I'm thinking about replacing my Denon 4306 with something newer. I'm looking for something that supports the latest HDMI (and works well with a Samsung LCD and Sony Blu-ray), has Audyssey (or similar auto-equalization) and does 110w 7.1. My speakers are Polk Monitor Series II (60s for the fronts, 40s for the surrounds and a CS2 for the center). And for the budget, I'd like to keep the receiver under $1000. So, what should be looking at?

The 3312 streets for $800. If you can pony up to $1250, the 4311 is the way to go and gets you into Audyssey MultEq XT32.

You might want to check out the last few weeks of the 4311 thread to see what people have to say about it. Its filled with mostly happy campers.
