Vivitek D538W-3D (Did my homework but ?) - Page 2

It was shipped to Vivitek today, so hopefully in a few days I can update here with good news. And yeah if should work fine when it gets back I mean I've literally googled/youtubed this projector 5000x and see no one else with similar problems.

Can somebody help me? I bought Vivitek D538W-3D several weeks ago and just testing with my 3D movies... Why I cannot access many of the submenu under image portion..The brilliant colors, brightness etc. are lock. I can only access the display mode to change to movies, game, bright , etc and reset only? How to make this submenus accessible so I can change the values manually? And also why if I turn on the 2D to 3D, why the picture got blurred using my 3D glass. I got headache. Appreciate if someboody can help me.

When I used those 3D movies using my Samsung 46" TV, the pictures and quality of those movies are really very good. I have only problems when I used the Vivitek D538 projector.

themoneyshot978 - have you ever received your projector back from Vivitek? Did it fix the problem? I am having the same issue with top/bottom format. When I turn on 3D mode in top/bottom, the images becomes a 4:3 aspect and shifted to the left. 3D works, but it's annoying that everything looks much smaller. In my case, I was able to get through to tech support once, they asked me to email them the photos and that was the last time I heard back from them. I sent multiple emails, left voice messages and no response.
