Hi guys I'm currently a college student looking for a basic receiver that I can use with my 3D TV's 2.1 setup. My setup consists of a Dayton sub-1200 and B652 bookshelfs. I know the quality of my speakers aren't that great so I don't want a receiver that will be "bottle-necked" but sound quality and future proofing is still important.

. I ended up going with Denon's 1909, mostly because of the Dynamic Volume and better Audyssey. Is it perfect? No....but NO audio lag after adjustment. Audio specs are WAY pale by comparison!
