Calibration in Houston--and some questions

Well-my Panny 65GT30 was delivered yesterday and I am going through D-Nice slides in preparation for his settings.

I will get the set calibrated but have a couple of questions:

About how many hours should be on the gt before calibration?

I unfortunately got a July build with a s/n which indicates that I need the FbR fix. Should I have the fix done before calibration?

Lastly, is there a decent calibrator in the Houston area?
