Strip of staticy/moving pixels across the top of my ST30?

I decided that I wanted to see if there was any signs of burn in since I've been play alot of Call of Duty lately lol, so I made this image to load on my 360 and at the top of the screen I noticed that theres a strip of pixels going horizontally across the whole screen that seem to be moving....you wouldn't notice it at normal viewing distance especially since you don't look at things that are a solid color but I just wanted to know if anyone knew what that was. My set is a 42 inch ST30 and it took up about an inch and a half of screen space going across the entire screen. I couldnt notice it as much on other colors. This is the picture I used.

it is called dithering and it comes with any plasma package it souldn't be a problem if you aren't trying to fake an IMAX experience 12" from the tscreen.

I just thought it was weird that its only showing on a perfect strip across the top of the screen rather then the whole image since the image is a solid color.
