I have an active Netflix account and it is enabled for streaming.
The Blu-ray is accessing the internet fine, other apps are working fine. I upgraded to latest firmware.
When I go to enable Netflix however, I enter my Username (email addy) and Password.
It then shows a red NETFLIX screen with a "progress bar" that shows "activity". After a few seconds, this switches to a second grey NETFLIX screen, also with a "progress bar" that shows "activity". After a few seconds, the red screen reappears.
PS: I do see at least one other person in the world has had this same problem.
"After clicking the Netflix icon the login screen flips between the standard red screen with the bars flickering from left to right to a gray screen with bars flickering from left to right. It does not get out of this loop between red and gray screens. Please help. I cannot get netflix to work on BDP-S390"
