Lost DTV channels on new tv

Thread Starter
I just hooked a Panny TC-P55GT30 to my HD antenna and used to have a DLP Mitsubishi and I received a lot more channels from my antenna on the old DLP then the new Panny. I have a 4 way splitter and also a tru spec amplifier. So question is what would be the best bang to my buck in terms of making my signal stronger? Note I live in the middle of the country with one obstructions, my antennas can get +60 miles reception

Try hooking the tv directly to the antenna, without the amp or splitter. Also post your tvfool results.

It's unlikely the older set has a better tuner than the new Panasonic. You probably have a cable or termination problem. Check all of the connections, re-terminate them if possible, and if that doesn't help try removing the splitter and amp, as noted.
