Never heard of it. Looks derivative, but in a good way. Babes, beards, and guns. Nice.

I may have to get this...the reviews were fairly decent, and it appears to sport a far better ensemble cast than any action movie deserves (with the possible exception of Channing Tatum, but you can't win 'em all).

You make it sound far more attractive than it actually is.

It was a great action movie

When it comes to agents-on-the-run action stories, this one beat the latest Mission Impossible, hands down. The lead woman is just a pleasure to see in action, and the tone is just perfect through to the neat ending. I may have to get the BD.

We'll agree to disagree on this one.

I am interested to see how the transfer turns out, however, as the print I saw looked horrible.

It's not derivative at all. Done in a much different style than the rest like this.

Saw them both and in no way, on any planet, in any universe, is Haywire better than MI:GP. I'm not saying it's bad or anything, but that MI:GP was easily a better film.

Unfortunately the whole wad was shot in the trailer. The film looked terrible, video-wise in the theater. Steven Soderbergh (Contagion) is responsible for a real turkey that could have been a lot better.
