Check out Monoprice.com they have one (not the highest PQ? , but it sends IR) well under $200......P.S. I haven't tried one,yet..

I have an IOGear wireless HDMI sender, and it works fine, but it is a bit flakey with the HDMI locks and unlocks, as it stays on longer than the secondary TV, and then will seemingly randomly turn off, interrupting everything for like 30 seconds. My next setup won't have wireless HDMI, but it does work OK for now- it just takes some forethought when turning TVs and the AVR on and off.
