Klipsch Center Channel, Where do I go from here?

All right, I managed to snag a Klipsch WC-24 Center channel speaker for 50 bucks at work the other day, (internal employee auction) and I was blown away at just how much better it sounded than my aging Kenwood center channel speaker (granted I was expecting a normally $500 speaker to blow it out of the water LOL). I have been planning on upgrading my surround sound system and this sort of threw the hammer down. I was considering getting the Klipsch floorstanding RF-82 speakers to replace my kenwood bookshelf speakers next. I was just wondering if anyone had any other recommendations for speakers in the same price range or think that I might be better off upgrading my receiver first (Kenwood VR-517 btw)?

As far as use goes, I am going to use it mostly for gaming and movies. Music is not my biggest concern because I plan on doing a completely separate setup for that.

Thanks in advance for any feedback! I am open to any brand honestly, I plan to demo anything I consider buying first anyway. As always, if you need more information just ask.

Or you can use them for the front as bookshelves. I bought a pair and was suprised at how good they sound. For their size, they put out a lot of volume.

to the OP,
the 24 is not a $500 speaker. It may msrp at that, but it's typically priced at around $300-$350.

Yeah, I meant that it MSRP'd at 500, still alot better than my old center channel.

Thanks for the suggestions guys! I am going to see if I can maybe order them from where I work so I can get a discount, but I am pretty sure we stopped carrying them. But the price really isn't to bad at newegg to be honest, and I love the way the Icon speakers look. The cabinet is beautiful! I really hope I can special order them or something through my job though, I can usually get it for about half price.
