Outlaw has one in the pipeline as does Emotiva, but neither has been released yet. Emovita has announced a release of June(I think) and Outlaw has gone quiet as they no doubt do their beta testing.

The Emotiva model will have no video processing while the Outlaw model will. It's also been announced to have top of the line Audyysey and Sabre DACS.

As far as amps goes, Wyred 4 Sound also offers a extensive range of amps, and Red Dragon Audio sells mono-blocks, and both of these companies have a digital design.

The issue with processors is that they are very complicated and have gotten more so with the HDMI requirements. A smaller company has a hard time bringing one to market. Many consumers have been buying a receiver with pre outs to run an amp and save some jack, but the pre amp/analog sections of a mid level AVR might not have the sonics of a dedicated pre pro(not trying to start a flame war or anything!).

Sherbourn is now an Emotiva company and they have a good processor...
