It has IR and then a rf receive (mini usb) for use with xbox, pc and the like.

I was starting to think that the 800 QWERTY might not be released until the earlier post showing someone with one in hand. Harmony released the Touch without any advanced notice so news will be probably scarce on this remote as well. Also I think Harmony may want to delay releasing the same time as the Touch. I am curious is anyone has any info to share?

Logically they will release something like this at some point assuming they know the market they are trying to sell to. I know I would love a remote like this to replace my One...however do not go the way of the touch and it is almost a step backwards for many users.

This is sooo much better than the Touch, what on earth were they thinking... >.>

*I guess it's a forgone conclusion, now that they're probably selling their remotes division

I'd say it is dead. I also wouldn't say that it would be sooo much better than anything. Their track record for gimping their new products has been repeated over and over again.

I really hope it isn't, but agreed, it's more likely to be dead than ongoing...
I didn't say so much better than anything, being so much better than the Touch isn't that hard.
