Does Samsung and Panasonic normally fix such issues out of warranty??

The answer is "it depends". Chances are the answer will be no. OTOH, chances are the defect will appear long before the warranty runs out.

Mayvbe you shouldn't buy a new set. You seem to be worried that out of millions of sets sold you will get one of the 2-5% that will be defective. If that's the case, then don't buy any electronics as that is the "risk" you take.

I recommend hand puppets. They have the lowest failure rate of any form of entertainment (.00001%) and with a little imagination you can watch whatever you want without worry. I'm watching Star Wars Episode IV tonight!

I don't know how things are in Denmark but here in the US we can buy extended warranties to alleviate fears about premature failure.

I own three Samsungs(2 plasma, 1 LCD), and a Sony LCD. The oldest set is my biggest, a Samsung PN50A400 is 4 years old. It has seen some heavy usage, gaming, movies etc. Have zero issues with it, and the picture is great. I stopped worrying about failure after a couple of years. My warranty expires after this year(extended) and I am confident that it will perform well beyond the five year mark.
