There's the 3D mode, the 2D to 3D mode and then there's the regular 2D mode
Does the fact that it is a 3D enabled tv change the 2D mode at all?
No. Unless you're speaking of 2D to 3D conversion which is an option you don't have to use at all. 2D is 2D and 3D is 3D
A 3Dtv is the exact same as a 2D set (when its not in 3D mode)
