Future owner here, well.. I was an owner for about 6 hours.
I was browsing around for two weeks doing research and seeing whats out there because my old Sammy LN40A550 broke down on me and the 7600 really caught my eye.
So I ordered one off Amazon, don't ask, and it in a couple of days. I set it up on my old sammys wall mount and plugged it all up.
Unfortunately, I forgot one important step. I forgot to check the TV before spending time mounting it. It was defective as you can see on the image below. That half circle on the center right of screen.
I have no idea what it is, and upon start up I thought the set up wizard was designed to look like a ticket, almost mimicking a movie ticket so I ignored it. But then I realized, I know I'm slow, that the TV was defective.
Now, ignoring that small area I can say I was really impressed by the TV. I really loved it and thought it was amazing. Its sad that it came defective and now after seeing it in use I just can't wait any longer for a replacement.
Amazon wouldn't be able to get me a replacement till mid-late September which I thought was insane, so I opted for a refund and the TV has been picked up by UPS courtesy of Amazon, but now I have to wait for it to arrive back to them and then an extra 2 business days for the refund.
I'm already sold on this set and am waiting for my refund to just go to a local retailer that can price match Amazon to buy it, hopefully I won't have any issues with the next set.
Lastly, I just wanted to thank everyone who posts on here. I really learned a lot from here and it really helps out.
