Multi region 3d Blu Ray (A,B,C) & DVD (0-8) player

Well I would suggest you investigate further just in case:
1. Is this dealer "authorized" by Pioneer to modify Blu-ray players in this way? If they are not, you will not receive any support from Pioneer.
2. Is this dealer's warranty truly honored here in the USA? Check with the BBB or other agencies.
3. Check the reputation of this dealer.
4. If repair is needed is it available inside the USA?
5. A lot of internet features are location dependent – if you are in a non-authorized country, you cannot get the service. For instance, VUDU is not available outside of the United States. Netflix from the USA is a different set of servers than Netflix in the UK etc. If your unit is not programmed to support the USA internet features, they may be unusable to you. Just as an FYI,

A lot of the multi-system products are not officially supported in the USA by the original manufacturers and if they were modified by someone else not authorized by the original manufacturer will not touch the unit.

Know what you are getting before you purchase.

Did you finally get this player? If so, do you have any comment on quality, features, etc?
I live in Brazil and have a collection of DVDs from several regions, and I'm looking for a multi region player. I have the opportunity to get the BDP-140 from B&H Photo, and wanted to have any comments if possible.
