Install new outlet for ceiling mouted projector

So I've never done this before, point me in the right direction, here's what I got:

Ceiling light controlled by light switch (duh), and a pre wired light switch for a fan (fan is not there).

So I assume I can run an outlet from the fan wiring, but I would prefer not to always have the switch up/on as maybe I would like to install special lighting in the future (again, really don't know what I'm talking about)

Any input would be great!
