thank you

What features are important to you? Each has its highs and lows. The Lex is out of production so do not expect future upgrades. The D2v is current and will be for at least a few more years.

What are the pros and cons of each?

I just want a well built processor that is going to give me the best sound quality and easy of use.

As great as the unit was for its long lifespan, the world has moved on. IMHO this unit should not be considered into a modern HT anymore. If you go into most pre/pro threads on this forum and search you will find ex-12 owners who will share stories about the move and how they moved on and what they gained. I have seen very little of them going back to the 12.

A classic for sure but time moves on.

Daniel.
