Intel Graphics Control Panel

I know this is probably a stupid question, but I have never used Intel graphics for Linux. Is there anything like the Graphics Control Panel for Linux? The one in the link above is for Windows and is pretty nice. I have used it on my laptop and found it almost as good as Nvidia. I would love to try out my HD3000 graphics and see if they are good enough. So far, my dual monitor experiment hasn't worked.

Thanks, but after looking at that I will stick with Nvidia.
