Need help finding a device for my needs

At first I was thinking of buying a boxee box, but that doesn't do Amazon VOD
Then I looked into a Roku, but that won't stream from a network share w/out converting files and running a webserver (yuck)

I realize I could build an Media Center PC, but then I won't have a jazzy little remote to go along with it, and I'd rather just get something that works out-of-the-box.

Any suggestions?
