No audio with 3D movie played on PS3

Hello!

I just bought The Green Hornet in 3D. The picture is perfect, 3D is working, but I have no sound. I tried with the regular version of the movie (I mean not 3D), and the sound works. Both the regular and 3D versions are in DTS-HD MA. Except the 3D version is DTS-HD MA - 3D Enhanced. I don't understand why I get audio with the regular version and no sound with the 3D version. Even in the movie menu, it says it's linear pcm 2ch but there's still no sound. Is it a problem with my PS3 or my AVR?

Here's my setup :

Player : PS3 with latest firmware
AVR : Marantz SR6004
HDMI 1.4 cables

Thank you!

Your receiver isn't compaible with the new 3D standard. You can run audio from the PS3 using a separate audio connection as a workaround.

Ah that sucks... That means I can either have the 3D effect OR the DTS-HD MA - 3D Enhanced? I can't have both?

From what I read, as I have a ps3 as well, you cannot do both 3D and True HD audio. The problem is the PS3 has HDMI v1.3 internals. The way Sony got around this was by having your PS3 only output the 3D image from the HDMI cord. Your going to have to go optical to get any sound which sucks. Just go out and buy a 3D Blu Ray player which in the long run will save you time, hassle, and money.

All audio can come out of the HDMI cable if set correctly in the audio preferences. The PS3 can do 3D with DTS HD for at least the last six months. For now it cannot do Dolby HD while doing 3D but it will still allow the standard Dolby 5.1 to go through the HDMI cable. Check the Blu-ray player thread (PS3 FAQ) for more information.
