Most Small LED Projector will have focus problem?

I got Dell M110 projector and it has focus problem. After Dell keep sending second and third, they are all have focus problem. Some other guys also have the same problem. Some mentioned that it was not so much blur.

At the moment, I try to find a new LED projector and saw some comment on Optoma ML500 regarding the focus problem as well. There is also comment on Casio green slim projector regarding sharpness as well.

So, all LED projectors tend to have focus problem?

Most of the ultra small i.e. pico size have an issue. Look at the Qumi 2 by vivitek.

Inexpensive projectors have inexpensive parts including the plastic lenses.. You get what you pay for..

Yes, my little Optoma PT100 has the same issue which I found after receiving a replacement with the same issue...

Will a little expenive $1000 Casio XJ-A240 also have this problem?

I don't know offhand but the member 'eatmeat' seems to have a ton of experience with the Casios as he owns some....

I have a Casio XJ-A230 without this problem. The only problem with it is the slow color wheel causing rainbow effects.

only the green slim casios and the new benq blue core have color wheels.
most are using a blue laser stack with a yellow glass to make green and a blue led and a red led(viewsonic ,optoma, casio)
