'Unforgettable' on CBS HD

I've watched all episodes in this series, and, obviously enjoy it. Good camera work, decent writing and acting. But, last night's episode really caught my attention for a different reason-during the opening of the show, Poppy Montgomery was wearing a VERY low-cut gown. And, let's say that she wore it EXTREMELY well. Anyway, since I appear to be the first to start a thread about this show, does anybody else have any observations/comments about this show? I hope it goes for another season.

I like the show and yes, Poppy's dress was AMAZING!. Even my wife commented. I believe that one of the producers of the the show is Marilu Henner (from the Taxi sitcom). Apparently she is one of the few people who actually have that kind of memory and was involved in the creation of the show. I think there was a 60 Minutes episode on her about 6 months or so before Unforgettable first aired.

It doesn't look too great for a renewal from CBS though.

She's pretty. Good actress as well.

I remember her from Cold Case on CBS.

The only reason I ever watched this show is for Montgomery's poppies.

That's funny, poppies

She wasn't on Cold Case. She played Samantha Spade on Without a Trace from 2002 - 2009.

Kathryn Morris was on Cold Case.

Ha. Good catch!

You're totally right. WaT was a wonderful show too. Miss that show.
Anyways.

How could you not notice. Her c-star, and boss on the show actually commented, :Who else could we find who would do justice to that dress" or something like that. After such a line, it would be impossible not to notice.

I'm a little surprised that they have so early pointed to the mystery killer Fred, IF he is Fred.

Boy I could have sworn we had a Unforgettable thread but I sure couldn't find it
I've been watching since day one and Poppy is just one of the nice reasons, really a pretty decent show. Too bad is sounds like it probably won't be picked up for more programs Liked her in Without a Trace too and also watched Cold Case with Kathryn Morris, lots of good shows have come and gone...

We just happened to see an episode of Without a Trace the other night and my wife said "Isn't that the hot girl on Unforgettable?". She had short blond hair on WaT if I remember correctly. I like her looks better now.

Like you, I couldn't help but look her up after the last episode There are quite a few nice "angle" shots of her.

I've only seen the first ep or two of Unforgettable actually. I just checked into the thread to see what was going on with the show and saw the chatter about Ms Montgomery. Some time back I had clicked on a link to that pic on some web page somewhere and it made a memorable impression , so it came to mind to do a google search for it again to post here. I think it originally came from a Maxim shoot maybe?

I was just checking threads. . . . Oh my . . .

I just open this thread to look at the pic. I haven't watched the show in a while because I wasn't too crazy about the premise. Guess I'll have to give it a try again. She was very good on Without a Trace.

I've seen that picture---and multiple others in an e-mail from Swanni--she is hot. A mommy too I believe. Maybe that's how they make them all "down under"?

I sure hope CBS doesn't cancel the show; I've watched every episode either "live" or on DVR.

I noticed a funny coincidence on last night's show. The person that takes over the investigation (Rachel Ticotin) is on this show "Unforgettable". Did anybody else remember that she was in the Arnold Schwarzeneggar movie "Total Recall"? I just think this is interesting in that the name of both of these (Unforgettable/Total Recall) have to do with memory. This means nothing, really. I just thought it was an interesting analogy.

She always seems to play someone in close proximity to a gun--a cop, a rebel, a corrections officer...for me, my mind went right to her role in LOST and Con Air

That pic above looks like it was taken a long time ago, she looks very young there, and before the botox work on her lips.

Her face looks hard to me, though some angles and lighting make it appealing. She's obviously a workout warrior so I don't see much of a diff from the neck down.

Did a Google image search and that image is from a Stuff magazine shoot from May, 2005. Maybe it's the pose, or lighting or airbrushing, but she looks a lot older today for that being only 6-7 years ago. Still a good looking woman though.

If anybody's interested, I have Poppy on my show, Monday. Anything you'd like me to ask, just post it here. I get about ten minutes with her, so that should be enough time to cover plenty of ground.

Thanks Don, I really liked your Tom Selleck(Blue Bloods) interview a while back. Please post a link to your interview when available.
I had read that Unforgettable was all but done(low ratings) but I hope it comes back, I've liked Poppy since Without a Trace I guess for one thing you could ask her how she like working with Marilu Henner who apparently has similar memory skills as Poppys character and has been a consultant on the show.
According to Tribune, Poppy will be on next Monday nights Late Night with Craig Furgason. Knowing Craig it should be a good show

Thanks. I'd forgotten about Marilu Henner. I'll certainly work that question in. The fact a lead star is even doing radio usually means a)it's a brand-new show and they want to raise awareness for it b) it's in trouble if the ratings don't notch up or c) the star actually LIKES doing radio interviews. Definitely B in this case. The network is coordinating the interview, so the show isn't written off just yet.

Anyone else? Get your questions in now.

She went to Marilu without even being asked. Also asked her about lingerie scenes and outtake stories. She was a lot of fun:

Audio's raw. Let me know if I need to edit anything.

Loved the interview and have always loved Poppy.
