Costco has the book edition Blu-Rays of To Kill a Mockingbird & All Quiet on the Western Front for $19.99 each. Bought them both and watched TKAM last night, a film I'd never before seen except for brief parts. Excellent. I know how great AQOTWF is; I have both previous DVDs as well as the Richard Thomas version on DVD, which does not yet have a Region 1 Blu-Ray.
