3d monitor for ps3 gaming under $250 (definitely under $299)

my sony 3d display broke and i want to replace it for 3d gaming. the sony display was 1080p @ 240hz, and it looked great. but then i read ps3 either runs at 1080i@24hz or 720p@60hz, does the 240hz make a difference?

i think they are all 1080p @ 60hz

i found 2 possible options for $250
AOC E2352PHZ (speakers, 5ms refresh)
LG D2342P (no speakers,5 ms refresh)

i found 2 option for $300
Vizio V3D231 (speakers, 2 ms refresh)

so will the ps3 3d games look comprable on each set considering what the ps3 outputs? also, can anyone recommend any other monitor in the $250 price point thats better?
