Depending on the weight, four men should do it. I'd suggest having something like a really sturdy table with support under the table for additional support may work. Something the men can get out of each others way on.

To the OP: If you're not going to do the right thing and hire a pro with related experience, then you better have 4 men and scaffolding of some sort. One of those 4 men better have a decent idea of what needs to be done, and the other 3 better have steady hands.

You may be able to proceed with 3 men, but it'll require more technique, risk, and perhaps a different type of scaffolding. There are other ways besides scaffolding but you increase your chance of an accident happening.
