Pioneer Elite VSX-90TXH emitting a buzz from speakers at -10 + db

hello, I have a Pioneer Elite VSX-90TXH (vsx-9040txh).

I'm wondering what I can do to get rid of the buzz coming from my brand new Infinity speakers (2x p253's, 1x pc350, 4x p142's, 1 BIC V1220 sub)?

I know it's not the speakers, it will do this through any speakers. I also know it is not my wiring, as I've had this issue for awhile, and I have recently rewired with 14AWG wire.

The crossover is set to 100, the sub crossover is set to 100, all speakers are set to small. I can't figure out why an 'elite' receiver is doing this?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Can this damage my beloved speakers?

I have ruled out Ground Loop issues, as I have tested it both upstairs and at my Dad's house... Should I just throw it out?

Such a shame... I hope my wife lets me buy a new one
