Difference between Mitsubishi 738 and 740?

Paul's TV's have the 82738 for 1749 and the 82740 for 1999, was wondering if its worth the extra money to go for the 740. Are they both just as reliable? Same picture quality? I know one has a built in emitter and you have an internet TV but I'm going to have my PS3 and PC hooked up to it anyways. Just want to make sure I'm not missing anything before I take the plunge, also I heard Paul's TV send out a 740 model instead of 738 sometimes? Thanks for the help guys I'll keep you posted.

Did some more digging around, going to go with the 738, don't need the fancy internet apps, would 3D be better with one vs the other? Any info would be appreciated.
