Some TVs have a blue only mode. Otherwise you need the color filters or a meter to do the basic tint/color.

Yes- most Samsung's do have this mode now. Not sure if any of the 2012 Pannys have it....

.002 doesnt sound very good, arent the good local dimming LCD's killing that number? Sharp Elite surpassed the Kuro and I thought some others were .000x

And what about daytime blacks? These reviewers only review in rooms without windows with the lights off and never talk about it. A lot of plasmas have bright gray panels with the lights on which destroys the picture quality. I dont mean glare from a window, just general illumination where the gray plasma panel can be seen, compared to something like a LCD whose panel is as black as paint.

Local dimming LCDs are completely black on a completely black screen because the LEDs either shutoff or can dim so they're almost off (which is the ideal way of doing it). However, black levels during actual content isn't as good as a 9G Kuro. Not to mention the first generation Sharp Elite has color issues and poor viewing angles making it inferior to even the VT50 in my books and costs way more.

Bingo, I just returned my 929 because on real world content it just couldn't compete with my 8G Kuro. It did do better on some limited items and was somewhat competitive on blu ray. But overall my Pioneer produced better PQ.

Indeed, good riddance to overhyped rubbish. I am waiting with baited breath to see what LG's OLED can bring to the table next month in that realm, if it can finally make the 4-year-old Kuro look like obsolete tech.

The c63 is still a great car, even if the e92 m3 beat it in comparos. Really they're two equally good cars, depending on what you want out of it. And saying Audi are 'horrible' cars is just an insanely ignorant and ridiculous statement. I love Bmw and they're probably my favorite out of the german brands, but that doesn't mean I discredit Audi or Mercedes like a typical BMW fanboy such as yourself. They all make high quality, awesome cars that all have room to talk in conversation.

I'm a m fan too and used to own a e46 m3. I won't lie though, the c63 amg has a nice sound!

Wish I had my CLK55AMG back.



Damn seats kept messing up on me, got tired of it. The headrests had a mind of their own. A friend had a BMW and he had electric seat issues too. Now I want a Caddy CTS-V wagon
