Looking for new receiver - 2 HDMI outs with 1080 processing

Hey guys - looking for a good receiver that has at least 6 HDMI inputs and 2 outputs, that is also a video processor that upscales all inputs to 1080 - It looks like there are multiple to choose from; Denon, Pioneer Elite, Onkyo, Marantz...

Any suggestions / experience? Thanks!

What's the price range?

Onkyo has the new NR515 with 8 HDMI inputs and 2 HDMI out but not available quite yet. Also has the Marvel QDEO upscaling and video processing.

Yamaha 2010 and 3010. Onkyo 809 and above. Pioneer Elite 52 and above. There are quite a few to choose from. Price range will help narrow it down a bit.
