Denon 2312 or 3312?

Hi, i have made up my mind & decided to have either the 2312 or the 3312. If i spent the extra on the 3312, what advantages would there be over the 2312?

To me, the biggest advantage is getting pre-outs with the 3312.

Thanks,i i don't think i will ever use the pre amps, however if there was a significant improvement in sound, this would be enough to sway me. what i don't really want to happen is buy the 2312, and sit here thinking i have missed something by not buying the 3312. Someone said there would be an improvement, even when playing at a lesser volume. Could anyone please give me anymore advice?
thanks

Is there a specific feature you need on the 2312 that isn't on the 2112? 2112, 2312, and 3312 all have MultEQ XT room correction and very similar amp sections, so they will all sound pretty much the same once they are set up. The big advantage of the 3312 is the preamp section in case you want to add external power.

Read the first three posts of this thread, determine the features you need or want, and buy the cheapest one that meets your needs.

Also, here is one of the "deals" thread that may help with shopping tips. The 2112 streets for <$450 right now, which is a pretty good deal.

I would suggest you to buy Denon 2312 as Pre out is not your concern as per the posts above.. and there is not much of a difference between the two in audio quality..
