I've gone back and forth but settled on default. I had to adjust the trigger sensitivity a lot from how it came to make it as responsive as I wanted but unfortunately most of the firefights I lose are not due to that spit second trigger pull/response but it is because they are able to acquire me a tad faster.
*edit - So I decided to give the scuf another adjustment and run a few matches switching between it and my standard controller. The triggers still had too much creep for me so I wrenched it down quite a bit, jumped into a match and it was ADS and firing by itself... ok, too much. Adjusted it out a bit and same thing. Adjusted it a tad more to where I could see the trigger just barely reset and wow! I played several matches and felt like I almost always had the drop on the other guy. Obviously my aim still sucks but when it didn't I was loving this. Maybe I just hadn't tuned this enough to my liking... I do have a 3 1/2lb trigger on my 1911
