peacemaker is not too good on core, but it is pretty good in Hardcore.. had some success with it last night..

Their pricing structure is a little...deceiving. They list a big, bold price for the controller and then they automatically add a bunch of stuff (domed sticks, remove rumble, colored paddles, etc) which are all extra. When you remove them it doesn't reduce the listed price because that's actually the "base" price. What they should do is list the total price, at least at the bottom before you add it to the cart. Also, as you said, the fact that they automatically add in a shirt and bag or whatever is absolutely ridiculous.

Ok, I just figured out the hidden price. The trigger stop option added the extra amount to the $79 base price even though there weren't any price listed from the drop down list for that option like all the other options had. Thats really crazy! I mean without any of that, it just becomes a wired xbox controller which sells for $32-$40 new. So, adding the paddles to the controller is another $40+

I am just going to go ahead and get a wired controller and find someone on craigslist to mod it to get paddles and trigger stops put it. That's so ridiculous!

Got this game as a gift-- some ****ing gift.

Runner banding is probably the worst I've ever seen in an online shooter. Game seems relatively balanced but between the rampant lag and the horrendous spawn system which actually spawns enemies into gun fights makes me wonder how this game got out of beta. It's too bad too because if it weren't for these issues I think it might be the best cod since 4. As it is it's just another cod-- disappointingly awful. I've had a little fun running around with the pistols and just trolling players. Pistols are the only weapons I actually win gunfights with so...

COD 4 was far from the best COD. It was just the game that started it all. But it had more flaws then good things about it. MW2 IMP would have been the perfect game had they not implemented noob tubes. Black ops IMO is the best COD out. Black Ops 2. Not so much.

So,bottom line: Grip gives a 2% increase in return to center speed(except SMG's=1%)
2% decrease w/ a suppressor
2% increase w/ an ACOG(stacked w/ grip= 4%)

Even w/ the AOG/Grip combo he stated he couldn't see a difference in gameplay or tests. His opinion is it isn't worth wasting a point on it unless they SLIGHTLY buff it. I'm gonna test it out on high ROF stuff today(QBB LMG/Type 25 AR)...

LMGs need some love in this game. They need better attachments and definitely need something to reduce recoil. Snipers are way to powerful and they don't flinch when hit so maybe LMGs can get something to counter that or something...anything. Reload is already too painful for those you know what I mean.

Basically game over. Main problem with them is you run slow. So you pretty much have to pick spots to stay at.

When I camp on a choke point, I use exclusively the MK48 w/red dot/stock. ZERO recoil for me. LSAT w/ ACOG, very little recoil. Forget rushing w/ them, maybe try lightweight/handle/stock.

Bahahahaha. Don't get me wrong. It was an awesome game. But it was far from perfect. I'd say this much. The GUN aspect of it was perfect, Sniping. Was pretty much perfect. But the game as a whole? Martydom!? Killstreaks apply towards next kill streaks AFTER death? Could you imagine that alone on MW3? A chopper gunner stack on your killstreaks after you've died? Yeah, I'll pass.

I am probably saying this after playing late at night over the weekend even though we are supposed to be matchmaking with people in my region...unless by region they meant anywhere in the US and not just east coast. Anyway, I think I am realizing how much this game needs to improve. It's really fun when playing with a party but that doesn't happen too often and that's a different story.

Matchmaking needs to be improved. When I see high ranking players in my team, I feel confident the game will go well but it doesn't They play like crap. No teamwork whatsoever. Not watching each others back and not playing the objective. At the same time, they spawn is beginning to get on my nerve. It seems as though my teammates spawn as far away from me as possible...I can only run so fast and for so long. It's impossible to regroup and not get gang raped by the enemy.

Absolutely hating snipers and there is always some god damn sniper in every game mode. It would be so frustrating if they actually contributed to the team...oh but they do! THE SNIPER ON THE OTHER TEAM!!!

Haven't played it in a week, ran out of other games, threw it on for a few quick losses. Man, this game is infuriating when you're on a losing streak. Last weekend you'd have thought my primary motivation in life was gold camo, a week later the spell is completely broken.

Of course I'll prob start chasing the dragon all over again next map pack. tongue.gif

For the weekend, I was only able to play last night and it seemed extra laggy in HC TDM. A bunch of lobby issues as well. The guys I played with said it was much of the same the whole weekend.

I find that figuring out the best times to play are crucial for matchmaking in your immediate area.

For me (central Illinois), During the week, I play from 18:00-21:00. After 21:00 and I am taking the connection Gods for granted and I get what I get. By 22:00 it really starts getting terrible fast.

Weekends, I can play all day up to around 22:00

I also noticed yesterday that the max number of players on was under 600,000. How bad is that a week after a map pack release?


I played around this weekend a/b testing routers and the new router is truly a difference maker for me.My SPM has risen by 5 points since getting it!!

After getting home from basketball league last night, I played from about 20:00 to 21:00 and absolutely dominated HCKC. Lost 1 game but still had the most points and the most captures! never less than 35 kills and 30 captures. It was awesome for my skill level!! Would have tested the connection gods, but had my stories to watch! Walking dead was great! House of Lies is always fun to watch. Cally was a repeat.mad.gif

And the problem I have with the spawns is that in HC it spawns enemies right on top of me and they run out in front of me. Occasionally I get killed because I can't fire at the risk of getting a team kill and become a victim of spray and pray. We are months into this game and spawns have been an issue from the beginning what's going on?

There is a surprising number that are now playing this from AVS. A lot have found, after the learning curve and getting used to it, that especially in this landscape of latency and spawn issues, it is more fun. And yeah the game is always more fun with friends!!
