Almost had double swarm in KC but I couldn't run away quick enough from the group of enemies running straight at me with full speed and guns blazin!

Whenever you get swarms on KC. Stay back a bit. Wait until they get about 10 kills. Then run around the map trying to pic up tags. Should be an easy loop after that.

Will do. I tried playing with the Peacekeeper and tried different combination of attacents and perks but I am just not efficient with it, so, when I went back to using the PDW, I did very well.

I like KC because you can look at the players kills, deaths and tags collected and determine what kind of player they are. Add in their SPM and you can get a pretty good picture. Are they just sitting back trying to get kills? Are they a tag collector with almost as many tags as deaths? anyway, I tried to do Core Dom on Blops 2 and with the revenge spawn system and the latency with the parties we were playing with. Just couldn't do it. I will never be a 70 and 5 player hell it's a great night if I get a game with 40 kills. But I will collect those tags!!!biggrin.gif

Last night was fun, that clan that stayed in the lobby with us was a pretty evenly skilled group. We had some really good games going against them! And I chuckle every time I host with you now Steel-canopy. You'll literally go 20-15, 20-20, 15-25 the games prior, but as soon as I host you're magically 40-15 with 30+ tags biggrin.gif

Todd and BB going after each other when he was on the other team that game was pretty hilarious.

And the lag kept getting worse at least on my end the later it became. I think we got off or at least I did around 2215 last night. The game we lost was pretty bad for everyone I think.

Man I am telling you, whoever one parties up with, there has to be some experimenting on who is party host who one parties up with etc... Which is a shame because I find I am not partying up with a lot of people because the game gets so frustrating. for me or them. I still think it's the matchmaking algorithm that they updated the last time coupled to the lack of people playing.

Last night under 500000 people on. 2 weeks after a map pack.... sad

True, but 11/11/13 happens to be Veteran's Day. Wonder if they're moving the release day back to drum up more publicity.

This is how much I get to play. I haven't downloaded the new maps yet but all this time I was thinking one of the new ones was called "Drive-In" which had me excited since I'm a movie lover and all. Did a little searching and found out that map was part of the last Black Ops. Doh...

Yep... not that I'm much of a yardstick but out of all the COD's that I have played I have less desire to play this one than any other before it. It's fun at times but I find myself forgetting about it and watching TV or movies, doing other things. With past COD's I always wanted to jump on for a few matches any time I could.

Drive-in was a pretty fun map but I likes the color palette better than the flow of the match on it. The new snow map is probably my favorite, has a great flow to each match.

This sums up my last 4 or 5 days of playing BLOPS II.



I am getting beyond tired of Snipers and Target Finders. I mean, I am RAPIDLY approaching MW2 Noob Tube levels of frustration with the number of snipers and the number of people using Target Finder. What is going on with this game? The last week, it has gone from one of the best CoD games, to the point where I am close to taking it out of my 360 and eBaying it.

Glad that people like F1stacuffs are seeing this stuff also and using You Tube as a vehicle to talk about the issues the game has now.

Isn't there a perk that keeps you from red boxing in a target finder?cold blooded or something?

I find that on most maps snipers are just annoying. Most are not game changing. Other than they stop one from getting higher kill streaks.

Even though I can do decent at the game. I seriously don't like it. IMO overall this game was a downfall from both black ops and MW3. These connection issues are just horrid.

Please hope the back to MW4 rumor is true.

Do you not though find both to be too plentiful? I mean, I have been in Domination matches recently where there were probably only a handful, at best, that WEREN'T sniping. I really wish they would do something to try to get people back to using the regular guns in the game. Sniping is just too easy and too overpowered in the game right now....in my opinion.

Had a pretty solid game on Grind last night running my ballistic knives and tomahawk class, and I was lucky enough to have Jitu on the other team to absorb a few of those tosses. Actually got an escort drone/EMP with them. If I can find some time, I'll try to get some footage together.

lol! it was great to play against you guys actually. I welcome the challenge and it will only make me a better player over time. Otherwise, I would be competing too much playing with you guys. My team was terrible at best. As with a lot of games I have been playing lately.


Outside of that, I kept going on a good killstreak and the game once again decided that I don't deserve to get those high scorestreaks, so, it decided to start spawning the entire enemy near me. Or when I do get my VSAT, my teammates think it's time to camp even more and watch the red arrows move around in the mini map like it's some kind of a freak show. Even when all that is out of the picture, the game would lag so bad, the timing would be off by so much that I would lose a gun fight even when I had the drop on them. Just plain frustrating. Perhaps I should try my luck over to the PS3 side, I hear it's nothing but noobs playing and it's easy to get 200+ kills

That is pure 360 "NFL LEAGUE" bull. There is no difference in skill based players from console to console.

If anything 360 is much easier. Only reason why. Gameplay is 10-1 smoother on 360 vs ps3. I don't seem to have any lag issue whatsoever on 360 which makes gameplay much more tolerable then ps3. Mic quality on 360 is pretty amazing. Private chat is a pretty nice feature. 360 constrollers are way more comfortable. An idiot designed PS3 controllers. I've always done better on 360. It isn't because of who I'm playing. It's because the console itself is a much better gaming machine then ps3.

Snipers are beyond plentiful and have been since day one. IMHO that has not changed since the game came out.

Same goes for Target finders. They have been there since day one and its not like the updates made them any easier to use. More people are using them yes but IMHO they are using them to compensate for the horrible lag/connection issues in the game. Does it ruin the game no. The lag, ****** connections, host migrations, warping, crappy ass spawn system all make this game the hemorrhoid on the video game world at the moment.

That being said I actually still like the game and most of the maps (particularly the new ones).

Could go back to MW3 but I am not sure if that is worth it either.
